先説住宿情況：
民宿從雪鄉開車要二十多分鐘才能到，旺季1100+的價格，就是一個村裡的小平房，周圍基本啥也沒有，房間開門就是一張炕和一個很小廁所，衣服都沒地方放，衹能全堆炕上。水管聲音很大，不知道是不是凍住了，水忽冷忽燙，洗澡是基本別想了。隔音超差，隔壁一開水管我們房間裏咔咔咔響。前一晚到民宿老闆娘什麼都沒説明（全程除了送我們來的司機就見到一個老闆娘），結果第二天早上起來一個人都找不到，早飯都找不到地方吃。
再説服務態度：
提前諮詢了店家能不能找她包車，店家開價1300來回，並不便宜。結果前一天早就説好下午兩點左右從亞布力出發去雪鄉，店家遲遲不給司機聯繫方式，兩點半左右問又説司機堵路上了三點半才能到，後來司機才打電話來説四點左右到，最後等司機加完油出發已經四點多，天都開始黑了。直接導致我們在雪鄉還沒玩多久到酒店已經十點以後了。八點半微信問老闆娘哪裡可以吃早飯，結果半小時之後才回，説才起床😑幸虧我們去附近一家民宿買到了早飯，不然要餓着肚子去接下來的行程。
最後，別拿環境惡劣成本高説事，服務態度跟自然環境無關，上千的房間這樣的基礎設施吃相也略難看了。

完全沒啥服務可言，送的凍梨退房時候要了才給的，房間也不熱乎，澡都沒敢洗怕感冒，房間吹風機，紙巾都沒有，還以為離雪鄉很近呢，實際還挺遠，超級偏僻，就這還一千兩百多，大坑

有史以來最差評，直接被攜程帶偏下定的住宿，真的是荒郊野嶺，比黑旅遊團還黑，以後出門都不敢相信攜程，黑旅遊團都幹不出這事，這麼大個平台幹出這事，無語死了
