建議能住酒店就不要選炕吧，真的衞生不行，店裡服務還是可以的，雪鄉已經不是10年前的雪鄉了

環境很好，還挺乾淨的，炕很大，三米的睡四個成年人都沒問題，早餐有饅頭，大米粥，煮雞蛋，有獨立衞生間可以淋雨，美中不足是二樓台階高，爬來爬去有點累，窗户有點漏風，晚上不蓋被會冷

作為東北人也是第1次帶朋友去玩一圈兒，到了之後訂的這個房沒有了，剩了一個家庭房，老闆贈了一些二人轉的門票，這個整體來説還可以。
不小心移掉了一張房卡頭一天晚上説扣60，第2天退房時候又扣了100，這個確實有點兒貴，
第一印象學校整體來説消費是比較貴的，一張房卡喜來登才扣我45，沒想到一個民宿居然扣100。衞生方面底下比較有臟東西，其他的還算是綜合吧

我是一個帶着孩子從雪谷徒步穿越到雪鄉的媽媽，當天下午拖着一身疲憊進入了酒店，工作人員非常暖心的幫我們把行李搬到二樓，房間內很乾凈很暖和，窗口直接可以看到雪鄉棧道旁的美景。當晚準備先去看燈光下的雪蘑菇，然後再去看秧歌表演，沒想到在棧道上一個不小心從台階上摔下來，當時腳就已經疼痛難忍，我以為會骨折了。好在酒店就在棧道旁，孩子扶着我一瘸一拐的回到酒店，一進門老闆娘就趕快過來詢問情況，然後一直幫忙找冰塊，聯繫回哈爾濱的車……令我更感動的是，從第二天一早六點鐘出發，老闆娘幫我拿着兩個大箱子，汽車+高鐵，把我和孩子直接護送到哈爾濱。在這舉目無親的陌生地方，與我毫無關係的老闆娘，勝似親人，令我感動到滿眼含淚。東北人都是活雷鋒，老闆娘完美詮釋了這句話！必須滿滿的五分好評！💐💐💐
