I recently went to Haikou to see Kanye West's concert and stayed at the Yaste Hotel. Although it is not very close to Wuyuanhe Stadium, its location is very convenient. Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭. Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

Depart from Lingshui and stop in Haikou for food, drink and fun. I saw the Atour Qilou Old Street store in Xiaohongshu. I checked in with the mentality of giving it a try. Next time I come to Haikou, I will stay at the Wanguo Metropolis Atour Qilou Old Street Branch, a hotel that makes people feel at home.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!

The first impression, the hotel lobby is very angry, I booked a special room, no windows, but the room actually has an air purifier, surprise. There is also a good breakfast variety, cost-effective!

I'll make it clear that I will never stay here again. They told me that I couldn't extend my stay on such a typhoon day, but of course it was no problem. I risked my life to take a taxi in the early morning on a typhoon day and got caught in the rain. When I went to the new hotel to check in, I was told that my ID card was still bound to the previous hotel. I called the front desk of Jinjiang Inn no less than five times but no one answered. I don't understand, are they so crazy when they are fully booked? Finally, I contacted them through Ctrip. This service is terrible Objectively speaking, the hotel's location and overall cost performance are OK, but the service is really average. Not recommended
