Hotels near Jinghua City, Haikou

We (German family) have visited the hotel during our Hainan vacations. The location is great within a Chinese local quarter and close to a beautiful large park with view on the Haikou bay. The staff is very friendly and helpful but you need to speak some English to get things done. We have three children so we booked the family suite on the 33rd floor which was very spacious and suitable for us. The equipment in the hotel was a bit older and partially worn down but all still functional and could be used well. But for the price I would not complain too much. Cleanliness was okay but not superior. The rooms smelled a bit moldy from time to time and needed good ventilation. The offered breakfast was okay for us (as we did not expect a lot of international food). The children found suitable dishes like cereal, small cakes, noodles or fried rice. The fruit offerings were good. A negative point from my side was the very bad coffee quality. The offered filtered coffee was really not good. These days many local Chinese hotels have small fresh brew coffee machines to offer a coffee or even Cappuccino. I recommend the hotel to invest into one. Fortunately for us there was a Starbucks across the street and a Luckin Coffee will open later down the street. Overall a nice time in Haikou and we would book the family suite again due to the good price.

The check-in staff came back to help us with the luggage. It was very warm and the check-in was very fast. It was very intimate to ask us if we needed disposable supplies. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was soft and very clean. There was a small robot downstairs to send things. Breakfast is also very rich. Noodles, buns, white porridge and Xiaolong buns are especially delicious. It is very convenient to store luggage. There is also a laundry room, gym, breakfast kiosk on the 15th floor. The hotel has complete facilities, parking lot, very close to Vientiane City, five minutes walk! like!

Facilities: The facilities are okay and generally clean. However, the hotel is relatively small and is sandwiched between Atour and Manxin. The most important thing is that there is only one elevator in the hotel, so it is really slow to go up and down the stairs. The staff and guests are all in the same place. The elevator is not too big, and the toilet in the room is not smart either. It is just an ordinary toilet. I don’t know why they are promoting a smart toilet. Xiaodu cannot control the TV and does not have a Bluetooth speaker, which is quite disappointing. Hygiene: Hygiene is pretty good, generally very clean

Because it is the next day to catch the high-speed rail and then like to play games, I set this service and environment is also very good. The speed is also very fast. For a person who loves the Internet, this is definitely the best choice.

The first stop of the Hainan tour with parents and children was Haikou. The experience of staying at Baohua Seaview Hotel was beyond expectations. Opposite the hotel is Wanlv Park, and it is very enjoyable to listen to the waves by the sea. It is 3 kilometers away from Yundong Library and Qilou Teacher, which is convenient for travel. The hotel service is very good, especially No. 3026 and No. 3034 are worthy of praise. They smiled throughout the whole process, gave the children red flags, arranged a non-smoking floor, and gave coconut milk and cola drinks. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with rich varieties and good taste. The baby's father praised the hotel for its high cost performance and it is the first choice for Haikou.

Facilities: Clean and sanitary. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. I prefer the retro Southeast Asian style with wood tones to the modern style, so the experience is very good👌 Environment: Quiet and beautiful, the garden is great, the lawn is so beautiful, walking on the path under the shade of the trees, the wind is so comfortable. There are just not many people on the beach, the water is very clear, you can walk to MGM, but there are too many people there. Service: Intimate, thoughtful and meticulous, dinner is self-service on the lawn of the hotel. It was late and there was no lobster. The waiter saw it and took the initiative to send it. Where to improve: More entertainment projects and more seafood methods in the buffet will be better. Some projects are not particularly clear, and there is no introduction when checking in, which can be improved.

I'll make it clear that I will never stay here again. They told me that I couldn't extend my stay on such a typhoon day, but of course it was no problem. I risked my life to take a taxi in the early morning on a typhoon day and got caught in the rain. When I went to the new hotel to check in, I was told that my ID card was still bound to the previous hotel. I called the front desk of Jinjiang Inn no less than five times but no one answered. I don't understand, are they so crazy when they are fully booked? Finally, I contacted them through Ctrip. This service is terrible Objectively speaking, the hotel's location and overall cost performance are OK, but the service is really average. Not recommended

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.
