來觀瀾湖玩過很多次啦，每次想泡温泉都會住海口觀瀾湖度假酒店，酒店整體環境不錯，服務也很好。本來特別擔心前一天晚上入住太晚泡不到温泉，但是辦理入住時前台小姐姐直接幫我們把温泉門票的時間換到了第二天，特別點名表揚前台小姐姐Mary，主動給我們辦理延時退房，讓這次出遊非常完美！

海口很有名的温泉酒店，以前都是知道名但沒來過，這次入住不虛此行，第一天辦入住的時候前台的接待人員非常熱情，給免費做了房間升級，而且因為這個酒店的活動比較多，還主動加了微信發了介紹給我，此處表揚微信號叫七七的，小杜女士，很耐心的講解，房型升級也是她給辦的，退房之前也有問我需不需要延時退房，因為酒店的温泉是十三點到二十三點，退房時間是要求十二點之前的，延遲退房可以變成十五點退房，可以額外再泡一會兒温泉，考慮的非常周到了。房間的空間很大，還有一個大陽台，整體也是乾淨整潔。晚上回房間還發現給放了一壺紅豆湯，體驗非常好了。中午退房的前台接待也很熱情是一位叫黃雨葭的女士幫忙辦理的。整體好評，以後還會再來的。
