房間是去年十二月為了考研住的，之後的幾個月裏住了很多家同層次的酒店，可是 再也沒有 遇到像這家酒店的 經理/主管 一樣 熱情真誠用心 的人了。我相信對待 普通學生 也如此用心的酒店，他們的服務理念，做事態度肯定也是非常優秀的。 對待客人的態度也不會像海口的希X頓，麗思一樣看人下菜勢利眼。哪怕是以後有錢可以住更好的酒店，我也更願意選擇擁有這樣優秀員工的，乾淨安全，美觀舒適，地段優越的如家精選。

After we checked in on the first day, we were provided with new slippers on the second day. However, I put environmental protection first, so having a pair of slippers that can be used is enough hahahaha

The first impression, the hotel lobby is very angry, I booked a special room, no windows, but the room actually has an air purifier, surprise. There is also a good breakfast variety, cost-effective!

Facilities: This room is relatively good for families. The only drawback is that the blanket in the room has hair and stains. This is also a defect in the blanket in the room. It is not easy to take care of. Hygiene: enough in terms of hygiene Environment: The surrounding area is more commercial, and the geological hospital is relatively close. 🏥 Service: When I checked in, I said that it was free parking. As a result, I had to pay the fee. There was a discrepancy with the free parking marked by Trip.com. When I checked in, I asked the front desk that I drove over. Why can’t I park with a private parking space or other parking space? Fang, because I don’t know the parking lot management here, I thought that the hotel was normal and empty. I asked the owner of the car to call me to come down and move the car. Fortunately, I still have a phone in the window. If there is no phone, people must not be anxious to die. The room is spacious, with neatly placed kettles, cups, napkins, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, shower gel, shampoo, and hangers. However, there is no place to dry clothes. There is a small parking lot for free parking. I don't know if there are any spaces if I arrive late. There is a noodle shop on the right side of the door. It costs 10 yuan per serving and 12 yuan for eggs. The hotel provides coffee☕️

Booked this hotel for a friend, and he said he was pleasantly surprised by the stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was mineral water and fruit. The surrounding street view was beautiful, and every shot was a great movie. There was also seafood that I liked, and there was a 10,000-person seafood plaza. The price was affordable and the food was delicious. It was very convenient, and duty-free shopping was also very convenient. This is a very cost-effective hotel, and it is worth recommending.

This is the most satisfactory hotel in Haikou. The decoration and facilities are very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. There is nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to Sun Moon Plaza on foot. The floor is also a high floor that we like. Because I brought children with me, they specially prepared toothbrushes for children. If I go to Haikou again, I will stay in this hotel again! Satisfied!

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.
