Advantages: The homestay in the villa area is relatively quiet, very close to Haida, go to Qilou Old Street, Century Bridge, Hainan Museum to take a taxi for basically ten yuan Disadvantages: The bedding is not cotton, airtight, a bit stuffy, not a non-smoking room, the bedding has a smell, the bathroom plug is out of power, the toilet is not cleaned, the room plug is at the bedside, I want to use a kettle to boil water, and I can’t get the plug anywhere. Finally, I pulled the TV plug. Put a stool on boiling water The above real feelings, the reason why no points are deducted, after all, the price is not expensive

The price/performance ratio is good. The 10-person room on the second floor has good lighting and a small balcony. The air conditioner is turned on at 20:30 in the evening, and the sleep is comfortable. The air conditioner is turned off in the morning, and it is stuffy when the window is opened. It would be cooler if there is a small fan for ventilation. The facilities need maintenance. It is better to thoroughly repair the sewer pipes on the roof of the second floor. There will still be sewer overflows when there is a lot of water.

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

The location is right inside the Qilou Old Street attraction. The environment is very good. It is a quiet place in a busy city. The design of the bathroom is very convenient. The mineral water and toiletries provided are also good. The lady at the front desk is very nice.

Environment: Very good. The most important thing is that the location is very good. Just outside the Qilou Old Street, you can reach the Bell Tower in a few minutes' walk. There are buses available wherever you take them. It is very convenient to go out and play. recommend. The boss is also very nice.

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!
