If you want to go in and out of the hotel, a suggestion is that the gate does not have an opening and closing function, which is not very friendly for suitcases over 20 inches. The hot water is sufficient. After a busy day, I took a hot bath and fell asleep well. The front desk was very considerate and took the initiative to delay check-out. The hotel robot is also very convenient to deliver things. The room is very warm ~ Behind the hotel is a local village in the city, where there are many Haikou local snacks, ranging from 5 yuan to 50 yuan. It can be said that it is a hotel with convenient transportation, convenient shopping, and convenient dining. The hotel also has a self-service washing machine, which is very friendly to me who is on a business trip. If I am in a hurry to go out, I can ask the front desk to help dry my clothes.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭. Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

This is one of the best hotels with natural hot spring water in Haikou, Hainan, I ever stayed with before. It always comes across in my mind whenever I visit Hainan. The environment atmosphere is excellent with full of convenience shops, supermarket and shopping mall surrounding. The services rendered by the hotel's staff are excellent too with the patience and friendly attitude toward the guests. It always make the guests to feel ease and comfort staying in the hotel. Excellent !!

The first impression, the hotel lobby is very angry, I booked a special room, no windows, but the room actually has an air purifier, surprise. There is also a good breakfast variety, cost-effective!

The room is very cost-effective. We stayed in the 625 family room. The room was very clean, but there was a sound of ”duang duang duang” outside every day. I asked the front desk and they said they didn't know why. The sound was not very loud. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to change rooms. The surrounding area is very lively. There are supermarkets and night markets. I highly recommend it. It is really close to the train station. It takes 10 minutes by taxi. Overall, I still recommend it.
