Xiaolin at the front desk helped to upgrade the deluxe executive sea view king bed for free, and also gave a free buffet breakfast. The service was very good. It's a very good hotel. I am satisfied!

Booked a trip at short notice and went to the hot springs during the snowy season. The resort is very large, and it feels like a foreign resort. It is large, with a buddy and a butler, but the operation is not very timely, but it is OK when there are few people, and it is basically satisfactory. It is backed by a scenic spot and has a VIP hot spring area. The room has its own hot spring bath, which is very pleasing to me. There are too few restaurants, only one, and the opening hours are relatively limited. It is recommended to drive here, and it is really not easy to get a taxi.

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. 拿好房開車繞了一下，深汕合作區這個名頭大了，但這個鎮還不算達標。當地目前最好的酒店，但達不到心理要求。比其他城市的萬楓差。剛住完深圳的逸扉，和萬楓是同競爭等級的。逸扉好太多。 1/免費停車場，地庫有一部電梯可以直達房間。地下3層停車，但-1很多是有車鎖的專屬車位，和辦公區公寓共享停車位，沒有酒店專屬停車位。走很遠才有位置。 2/床到電視機的距離很窄。 3/現在沒有投屏的電視不叫電視機。電視清晰度也很一般，但wifi速度可以。 4/電熱廁所板更需要加強細緻清潔。廁板縫隙有尿漬。 5/廣東忽然降温，提供暖氣是好，但廣東人還是不習慣。開冷氣模式到16度，温度也降不下來衹有微風，被子厚，蓋上體感温度估計有27、28，熱醒。房間有窗但可能高層，外推窗不能固定。這點真的無法和逸扉全季等比，基本都是冷暖自主。 6/附近吃的可能是鵝埠最安全的，就酒店隔壁一點有麥當勞和luckin，沿街還有點湘菜鵝肉店等，就這一條街裝修門面上看好一點。其他位置的吃的都是夜宵燒烤烤魚大排檔。小店湯粉的建議開去“深耕村”。 7/優點是，遮光可以，樓層高，周邊安靜。每間房都有配熨斗熨衣板，冰箱。

酒店挺好的，本來開車開到一片城中村一樣的民房小路，以為會比較普通，沒想到別有洞天，自成一格。有很大的平台可以給遊客停車，室內的和室外兩種游泳池每天可以選，但室內恆温泳池沒有室外的大，可能就15米來長，健身房的跑步機和橢圓機很多，其他的健身設備稍微陳舊但不影響使用，總體上體驗很好

I didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc.

I booked a small courtyard with two bedrooms and one living room, with its own hot spring pool. At the foot of Lotus Mountain, the environment is good and the air is very good. What I particularly like about the design of the cabin is that the bed does not smell damp or musty and is very comfortable. It is recommended that the front desk reception capacity be increased during holidays. The facilities are really old, but still OK in all aspects. If the elders think it’s good and the children have fun, then it’s worth it.
