Popular Haifeng 4-star Hotels

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. Stayed on a business trip for more than a month, the hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with care; the overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy; I like the hotel sales director, Manager Xie, and will also provide a follow-up long-term accommodation plan intimately. Such a warm service will be chosen next time.

酒店挺好的，本來開車開到一片城中村一樣的民房小路，以為會比較普通，沒想到別有洞天，自成一格。有很大的平台可以給遊客停車，室內的和室外兩種游泳池每天可以選，但室內恆温泳池沒有室外的大，可能就15米來長，健身房的跑步機和橢圓機很多，其他的健身設備稍微陳舊但不影響使用，總體上體驗很好

酒店環境乾淨整潔，家裡長者家都説舒適。碰巧近元宵節，高樓層可以看到遠處村莊的煙花，這是額外驚喜。 服務人員熱情招待，好温馨提醒第二天房價會漲價，是否要延期續住。 樓下就是酒樓，隔離街巷就是小食街。 一切都很方便，會再回來居住，希望服務還是如此周到細緻。

The environment is very good and the air is fresh. This is a four-star tourist resort hotel. The facilities are a bit behind the times, but the room is clean. The water in the shower room flows into the toilet, which needs to be improved. The hot springs are very good and there are many springs. After soaking, all fatigue is eliminated.

Newly opened hotel, new and beautiful! The facilities were perfect, the food in the restaurant was good and the prices were cheap, thanks to the hotel manager Terry, who knew the children had a birthday and sent a free cake to the children, a great surprise. Will stay next time!

I don't usually comment, but I'm from Chaoshan and I come here because of its reputation. I upgraded the room type and lived in the parent-child loft. The environment and facilities are very good (it would be better if there was an air conditioner in the children's loft in summer and children's toothbrushes were provided). The entire camp, the rooms and the lake are very beautiful. The children played football and threw darts. The barbecue dinner atmosphere and ingredients are good. The open-air karaoke is also great. You can also fish around. Another impressive thing is that the staff's service attitude is very good, almost responsive. While waiting to check in, they took the initiative to provide toys for the children, and even tried their best to help me when my computer could not connect to the Internet. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities around. It is more suitable for retreat at present. However, Luyue Island has just started, and I believe it will get better and better.

Smile on the face, service in the heart. Ms. Huang, the lobby manager, made me feel very satisfied and professional during the check-in period. I will stay there again on my next business trip.
