環境：樓下KTV和娛樂的聲音超級大，到凌晨2點半才關閉。如果睡眠淺的，或者想要早睡的，千萬別來踩坑！這隔音不是一般的差！簡直是聽着噪音被迫熬夜！
服務：前台真是一臉欠他錢的樣子，不是星級酒店沒有好服務我認了，正常人都要給個笑臉吧？客人走過來都是真的是對人愛理不理。另外，前台人來人往的地方，還有這麼多小孩子，這麼鋒利的東西沒有及時處理，尖角直接外漏，把小孩的手刮破流血。最重要的是因為酒店自身處理不當而發生了小事故發生，前台人員沒有積極溝通處理，給個創口貼，毫無歉意，也沒安撫，一副事不關己的樣子！
