酒店唯一的優勢就是面朝大海，風景不錯。但是問題較多：1.衞生情況堪憂，廁所臟、洗手盤小、花灑水小還漏水，簡直不敢上廁所和洗澡；2.廁所味道很大，不停湧出異味，呆在房間都能聞到；3.服務態度不佳，長者家睡覺不夠暖要加一床被子，居然要加錢30元才給，絕了，第一次碰到這種服務；4.退房離開酒店幾個小時後，客服聯繫我説我摔壞了一個杯子，問題那杯子臟得我們壓根不敢碰一下，地上也沒有杯子碎，還硬要我人，夠夠的！
