非常差的一次體驗，今次我哋係入住溫泉度假區嘅木屋，南部木屋第一間，木屋房間內部還可以，木屋內外圍已經好耐冇清潔，有一張枱係可以俾人哋沖茶嘅，但係屋企人當時冇為意到個茶蓋已經係爛咗一忽，所以當時冇通知到我亦都冇影相被酒店，直到我哋退房嘅時候酒店先通知我哋影咗張相話爛咗個蓋，所以酒店扣住咗我哋嘅按金，同時同我哋講會徹查清楚，當時我都有同酒店解釋返係屋企人夜晚沖茶嘅時候留意到係爛咗，但係當時冇通知佢哋係爛咗嘅，所以酒店一直因為呢個理由，覺得係由我哋打爛嘅，所以我叫咗佢哋要徹查清楚最後返嚟嘅結果依然都係話俾我哋聽呢個一個新嘅跌爛嘅痕跡，然後我叫咗酒店報警，之後酒店佢嘅回覆就係話，我係冇同佢哋商量，似係我小題大作，根本不可理喻呢間溫泉度假區，最後佢要求我哋要賠償$40人民幣，我同酒店亦都講咗有做我哋一定會賠償，冇做我哋係一定會賠償嘅
，book 一間房已經過千，就為咗唔陪佢呢$40？根本都唔係我哋打爛嘅，我要求佢哋要有檢測報告證明係尋晚新打爛嘅痕跡，但佢哋冇辦法提供，佢哋就咁影咗幅相過嚟就回覆咗係新打爛嘅痕跡，已經唔係賠償錢嘅問題，係到底有冇做過嘅問題！最後我都唔再同呢間酒店理論，唯有當自己黑仔，呢$40當慈善，最後酒店亦都回覆話佢哋唔需要$40嘅慈善係原有所有嘅按金退返，值呢件事，我希望將會book呢間酒店住宿嘅朋友分享一下，當你哋真係有機會入住呢啲木屋嘅時候要檢查佢哋所有嘅茶具風筒等等，因為連個風筒都壞壞哋！

環境：住在山裡，空氣清新。就在雞鳴寺旁邊，過去很近。
衞生：一般吧，小住一晚還能接受。
服務：工作人員較少，服務尚可。
設施：房間、温泉設施比較陳舊；好在温泉是真温泉。
