Maya Luxury Guest House with Panoramic Sea View

The place looks like your average business building in central Hadar but once you enter the area where the apartments are, everything is shiny and new and also incredibly clean and inviting. The room itself is very comfortable, modern furnishings, well equipped kitchenette and a rainshower with plenty hot water. Bed and pillows are really good and there is ample storage space around the spacious and light apartment. The air conditioning is modern, effective and above all very quiet making for a good night sleep. There is a desk to work on and the internet connection manages to keep up (except for some occasional dropouts). You do want something of a sleepmask as the curtains do little to keep out the morning sun (unless you're an early bird like me). The building is literally next to a few bus stops with buses in all possible diections as well as the Carmelit subway which whizzes you all the way to carmel or downtown in just a few minutes. There is an Arab bakery with fresh bread, pita and other delicacies just on the corner and a 24/7 Bonbonniera supermarket across the street. If I want to give one extra mention it would be for the host, Samir Khouri. Nothing seems to be too much for him, friendly and helping out wherever possible. I felt very welcome from the first moment even though we had some connection problems due to my phone not working - he came over and solved it in 15 minutes. Samir, thank you so much!

Highly recommended. Excellent location, walking distance from public transportation and restaurants&bars area including Ben-gurion avenue and down town. Apartment well maintained and clean. Owner super nice, very helping, attending and caring. Will definitely come back!

My husband and I spent two night there in June, a couple of days ago. The flat is super clean, and everything seems new. It had everything we needed, and more. Samir is amazing, and does his absolute best to welcome the guests. Also, great price.

Maya Guest House is a hidden gem in Haifa. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions and transportation. Our room was very modern and spacious with amazing sea views and we really liked that we had our own kitchen. Our host Samir was so friendly and funny, we felt very welcome from the moment we met him. We also appreciated that we could use the laundry room and wash and dry our clothes, that was so helpful. Thank you for a great stay in Haifa!

Maya guest room was a perfect place for my month stay in Haifa. Very clean and comfortable. Just in the center of everything in town. Good comunication to the university campus, the beaches and other atractions, nice shops and the shuk 10 minutes walking made my time very pleasent. Sam and Samir - the hosts were very heplful. Great place, clean and close to everything 8 mints walk far from any destination the owner is very friendly and helpful Enjoyed every moment The neighborhood is quite and friendly The view from the window is also very nice Always ask the owner for anything you want he will help you

Actually I was really surprised from the lovely apartment It was fine, clean, very new and comfortable The host is really nice gentleman and i will definitely come back soon.For my opinion this accomodation Is better solution then hotels
