We had a wonderful time in Bat Galim Boutique Hotel and would recommend it to everybody. Staying at the hotel you will find it very easy to get anywhere in the town. We enjoyed very much the breakfast in the lovely arranged lobby area. Our room was not that big, but it was totally okay for two people. Unfortunately, the lock to the bathroom didn't work and the door was not closing completely. I had to use the garbage bin just to keep it shut. Otherwise, the room was clean and we found there all the amenities we needed.

An absolutely elegant and properly run hotel. Located at the bottom of the Bahai gardens in the German colony, we were extremely surprised and impressed at the quality of the hotel and the high level of service and hospitality the staff had. The hotel itself is very clean and gorgeous, the room was perfect. Excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed, We took a half board so we had the benefit of having breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding, perfectly cooked. The dining room staff and cooks were great. The food is a very good mix of mediterranean, Israel and local Arab cuisine that has everything for everyone. Although I sound like I am repeating myself, the hotel staff were the best I have had in Israel, no hotel even comes close. I felt and was treated like a king! I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be returning to stay next time I visit Haifa.

I love the free bottle of wine upon checking in. The morning breakfast is delicious although there are only a couple of hot items. They are eggs with very delicious home made sauces. In addition there are fruits, coffee, and cereal, etc. The room size is decent and bedding is comfortable.

This is our first time here and we really enjoyed it. Quiet location very close to the sea, excellent breakfast. The hotel is designed in style, the room is clean and good. Daria and Arina quickly respond to requests and questions. There is plenty of parking space. super…..

A small and perfect hotel!!! The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Bat Galim. Comfortable and pleasant rooms. Everything needed was in the room. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice shower. Refreshments and drinks in the lobby, 24/7. There is no doubt that I will come back again and again and recommend to my friends.

Great breakfast, comfortable room and very responsive clerks. We arrived late in the evening when they didn't have a clerk on site, but they put the phone number to call on the door and the clerk Arina was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. We had a booking issue that turned out to be my fault and she was amazing at helping us solve it, even offering to add beds to our room before we ultimately realized an issue was our fault.

Not far from the beach! Breakfast was plentiful! Fruits, eggs, fresh breads. Rooms immaculate and outside seating for breakfast or just relaxing. Staff is friendly and professional. Just a suggestion. If you cannot walk steps, request a room on the first door since there are no elevators. Highly recommend.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and all the amenities functioning well. Breakfast was sufficient and of good quality products. There was ample free parking by the side of the road when we were there, so that was very convenient, as we were able to park right outside the hotel's entrance. The residential area where the hotel is situated is a good and clean neighbourhood. Staff were very efficient and responsive. Self check-in instructions were very clear (as we arrived late at night).

Friendly hotel, adequate facilities, comfortable room and good breakfast. Professional and very relaxed service. Good value for money. This hotel offers complimentary coffee, water and tea. We stayed in rooms close to the reception and it was very quiet, without noise.
