豪華標間設施和普通標間是一樣的，設施很差，房間有一股味道特別難聞，凌晨房間特別冷，幾乎是凍醒的，不捨得燒暖氣，前台態度差，不友好。衞生間的沐浴露，洗頭膏是最次的那種，很難接受，味道難聞，吹風機機殼是壞的，內部電線有漏出，存在漏電隱患。
