環境裝修還可以，我們入住時已經次日差不多1點，房間環境差，有蜘蛛網，衞生間臭味嚴重，床單被套都有踩過的痕跡、電視遙控器沒電，電視沒有網絡、早上11點多服務人員來敲門，説要換電池，誰那麼早會看電視給你換電池？這不是你們服務人員每天要檢查的嗎？我們因為是凌晨過後入住的房間，14:00服務人員就已經來敲門，説我們是否需要入住，我們已經起來在收拾了，服務態度差説你們看看都幾點了，我想問一下，你們酒店入住時間是幾點到幾點？作為青海本地居民，體驗到這麼差的環境以及服務態度，希望大家避雷！

姐妹們 避雷吧 定的房間帶麻將桌 到了店裡告訴我們的房不帶麻將桌 給前台看了圖片 又説麻將桌壞了 給我們換一間 奔着泡温泉去的 給我們説沒有人在外面泡温泉 不給開水 讓我們回房間自己泡 去房間上廁所馬桶裏面有沒有沖乾淨的屎 酒店衞生太臟了 床上全是土塊 私湯裏面全是小蟲子 簡直體驗太差了 真的 誰去誰後悔 第二天起床整個臉都過敏了 這五百花的太虧了純給自己找罪受 從來沒住過這麼差的酒店 真的避雷吧
