酒店號稱國際級，衞生實在讓人堪憂，可哪都是灰，想要點東西，服務員在催促3次，然後過來2個小時才送來，攜程的訂單，居然還要交按金（屋內無任何收費商品）真的是體驗感太差

酒店地理位置很好，位於中關村管委會旁邊，離機場和高鐵站都進，加上酒店有免費的接送機服務，挺方便的，入住前GRO小井提前聯繫核對預訂訊息。問詢是否需要接送機服務。挺好的，到店以後小井熱情接待，前台也很棒，還給送了特色小酸奶，很快辦理完入住，小井幫忙拉行李。服務很細節，到房間以後，很寬敞，很安靜，衞生乾淨，燈光温和，房間遇到了點小問題，反饋給小哥哥，也給及時處理了，早餐種類多，是自助餐，味道好吃。青海之旅最後一站，這家酒店各方面都挺好，來年有機會到青海還會選擇這家酒店。點贊。

這次入住體驗直接打滿分！酒店位置太絕了，離飛機場衹有十五分鐘。酒店二樓和三樓特色餐食一應俱全，並且三樓是清真餐廳。
房間更是驚喜，寬敞明亮不説，床品軟乎乎的像睡在雲朵上，浴室乾濕分離設計很貼心，隔音效果也好。最打動我的是服務，GRO小井服務很好，入住時熱情接待，還有前台小姐姐辦理入住超快，還主動推薦了本地小眾景點，客房阿姨每天都把房間打掃得一塵不染，細節直接拉滿。
早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，現煮的麪條味道特別地道。這個價位能有這樣的設施和服務，性價比真的太高了，下次來還住這兒，已經推薦給朋友了！

每次住酒店最在意的“安全感”，在這裏從進門就拉滿。前台小姐姐全程微笑接待，登記速度超快，還主動幫我們提行李、介紹周邊交通，預約送機連“是否需要託運行李”這種細節都考慮到了，像朋友一樣貼心。進了房間更驚喜，客房衞生完全挑不出毛病！床單被罩帶着淡淡的陽光味，沒有一絲褶皺；衞生間的鏡子、水龍頭擦得鋥亮，連洗漱台縫隙都乾乾淨淨，換的拖鞋也是密封包裝的，住得特別放心。
最難忘的是早餐！不僅種類多，粥品、包子、現煎雞蛋都有，連小菜都是現拌的，新鮮又入味。早上趕時間，工作人員還主動幫我們打包好，裝得整整齊齊，一路拿着都方便。
從服務到衞生再到早餐，每處都讓人覺得貼心，下次來肯定還選這裏！
