服務：服務真的超棒,特惠房本身是沒有接送機服務的,但還是提供了，真的超值,和老闆叔叔聊天過程中，瞭解到很多與西寧相關的地域特色，以後有機會再帶家人朋友過來一起玩

老闆人真的很好，服務態度一流，下午接機知道我們沒有吃晚飯帶我們去了很不錯餐館，餐館旁邊有一個特產店，沒有留地址，後來請老闆幫忙問來電話。老闆還特意幫忙去問，真的服務一流，非常感謝

飛機到的時候比較晚，提前定了機場附近的這家賓館，看評價挺好的乾淨，看圖片裝修也好，老闆還接機，人很熱情，態度很好，到賓館才發現一米五寬的小房間，用木板隔出來的，新裝修甲醛味比較重，非常吵，原始窗户，高個轉頭看裏面一目瞭然，室內燈連着走廊燈，説開就開了，睡覺是不可能睡着的，住一晚收穫了失眠和嗓子疼。

最為奇葩的一次住店，到了以後老闆説已經住滿了，讓我們去到另外一個很偏僻的小區裏面，門頭是一個什麼裝修門市部，空間小，沒有空調，甲醛味很大，薰的人睡不着，最可怕的是衞生間沒有排氣扇。
