The room is large and clean. It's very close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk service is very good. The environment is quiet and the facilities are complete.

The lady at the front desk is very gentle, patient, and thoughtful. The breakfast is also very rich, which makes me feel like I don't want to go home😂 It was a pleasant stay experience! Will continue to visit if necessary in the future.

The hotel service did not keep up with the hotel price, the front desk attitude was so-so, there were only two front desks in such a large hotel, the check-in efficiency was low, and the people who jumped the queue were checked in first, speechless. 2. When I went to have breakfast and just walked in, an auntie shouted loudly ”What is the room number?” It was also weird. This was the first time I met a hotel that asked room numbers like this. Although the breakfast was rich, when I went to eat at 7 o'clock, the stir-fried dishes were cold. I asked the auntie if she had wontons, and the auntie replied ”Go get it yourself”. The room is large and the service staff is nice, but the breakfast is hard to describe. Wangfu Hotel is even worse than a chain economy hotel. There is no milk, no black tea, and no soy milk, so the restaurant entrance is unattended and open to the public, but maybe it was just the morning of October 2, 2023.

Good value for money, Xiao Ke's service attitude is good, and it is suitable for family travel and business accommodation. There are abundant food and beverages, and parking is convenient and fast, and it is parked on the ground. The floors are high and the environment is quiet.

Nice hotel, very new and clean, with a great restaurant for business dinners and a good breakfast with lots of options. Definitely a good option to stay in Hai'an.

Family trip came to Hai'an to stay for one night and chose the highly rated Atour Hotel. I was not disappointed. I am very satisfied. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy. We stayed on the fifth floor, which is just on the same floor as the gym, laundry room and restaurant. You don’t need to go downstairs to pick up food delivered to your door. You can meet all your needs in the room. Parking at the hotel’s entrance is also very convenient. The service from the lady at the front desk is very good. There is also supper porridge at 9:30 in the evening. The next time I come to Hai’an, I will choose Atour Hotel 👍

I stayed at Hai'an Wangfu for the fourth time. This time I stayed during the National Day and there was no particularly large price increase, especially sincere! The room is as good as ever. Although the room is old, it does not affect the accommodation experience at all. Next time I come to Hai'an, I will consider staying at the Wangfu if the objective conditions allow it!
