Leider war unser Zimmer nicht besonders sauber, Tierhaare auf den Polsterstühlen, klebriger Dreck an Schränken und Heizung. Fernseher defekt, Lüftung im Bad defekt, Dusche von Schimmel befallen, Balkon sehr verschmutzt.... Nach unserer Beschwerde an der Rezeption haben wir zu erfahren bekommen, das der kaputte Fernseher bekannt ist... was es ja eigentlich noch schlimmer macht. In einem 4Sterne Hotel sollte doch ein einfacher Bildschirm auszutauschen sein. Der Empfang im Restaurant zum Abendessen ( wir hatten Halbpension) war alles andere als freundlich. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da ( in der Reservierung angegeben!) "Ach so- mit HUND , na dann geht TischXY nicht, da kommse ma hier" - ansich kein Problem für uns , aber der Ton macht die Musik! Und das Essen naja ging so... Nachdem nach unserer Beschwerde sich nichts in Sachen Sauberheit getan hat, sind wir am nächsten Nachmittag vorzeitig abgerreist. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl dort gefühlt!

4 Sternehotel ist es definitiv nicht mehr: das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, viele Ecken sind abgeranzt, runtergekommen. Auf dem Balkon fühlte man sich wie in einer Tropfsteinhöhle, von der Decke hingen Stalaktiten. Das Frühstücksbuffett war 08/15, nichts besonderes. Zu vorgerückter Zeit wurde auch nicht mehr nachgelegt. Das Abendessen ala Carte Mittelmaß und überteuert. 30 Euro pro Person für den Grillabend eine Unverschämtheit für das was geboten wurden. An der Bar die Getränke ebenfalls sehr teuer, Cocktails ab 12,50 €, aber diese waren lecker. Das Personal war zurückhaltend freundlich, war okay.

Das Hotel war super. Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig und sauber. Die Rezeption war geschlossen und ich sollte meine Zimmerkarte im Restaurant abholen. Der Herr war vom Gefühl her überfordert und wirkte genervt.
Am Morgen das Personal beim Frühstück war ebenfalls freundlich und das Frühstück war Klasse.

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. I really liked the breakfast, but unfortunately the warm dishes (scrambled eggs, pancakes) were quite cold. The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of parking spaces. The children's playroom is unfortunately pretty bleak. A room without windows. No nice wall decoration, furniture looks thrown together. Not a nice place for children. With a little money and love you could certainly achieve a lot. The rooms are modern - I liked the bed and the small walk-in closet. Unfortunately the room does not seem to be well looked after: - The handle on the sliding door was loose - The shower hose was broken so water sprayed out of the hole - The toilet paper holder was patched with a paper clip - Very large cobwebs in the room The new bar is really nicely designed and actually really cool to end the evening. Unfortunately the bar has a breakthrough to the hotel's dining room and that made it very loud. Perhaps the noise level could be reduced with a door or something. I can't say anything about the spa area as we didn't use it.
