Das Hotel ist nicht zu raten Frühstück ist ok Abendessen 4- . pool liefen die Pumpen nicht WC im Schwimmbereich sehr alt und schmutzig, Zimmer im Schlafbereich waren in Ordnung das Bad stark sanierungsbedürftig, Personal ist offenbar sehr Überfordert,

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es ist von der Lage in Hahnenklee und im Harz. Schön zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und im Winter eventuell auch für Ski Sport, wenn Schnee liegen sollte.

Ich bin hier zum Schlafen hingefahren, um einfach Ruhe und Erholung vom Alltagstrubel zu finden. Es ging ganz schön weit hoch. Ich habe den Aufenthalt noch in guter Erinnerung. Freundliche Atmosphäre und eine ruhige Nacht. Für Alleinreisende gut geeignet.

Das Hotel wurde über *********** reserviert. Die Lage des Hotels ist bescheiden. Parkplätze waren alle belegt. am 19.09.23 bin ich um 20:05 Uhr im Berghotel Harz angekommen. Bei der Ankunft hat mir die Dame an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass ich das Zimmer bis spätestens 20:00 Uhr hätte beziehen müssen, was so nicht stimmt. Weil ich erst um 20:05 Uhr angekommen bin, hat sie anscheinend in der Zwischenzeit das Zimmer weitervermietet. Da ich elektronisch im Vorfeld schon eingecheckt hatte, bin ich aus allen Wolken gefallen. Es gab in diesem Hotel für mich und meine Frau kein Zimmer obwohl ich schon einen Zugangscode für die Nacht hatte. Was da passiert ist, ist der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit. Wenn man sich die negativen Bewertungen und die entsprechenden Kommentare des Besitzers einmal genauer anschaut wird einem sehr schnell klar, mit wem man es hier zu tun hat.
