Wie war nur zum Essen da und hatten nur wenig Hunger - also bestellten wir zwei Portionen Käsespätzle. Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen, denn die Spätzle waren geschmacksneutral, schwammen im Öl und waren auf der Oberfläche inklusive Käse, hart & kalt. Der Service war zwar bemüht, aber vom Eintritt in das Gebäude bis raus zur Terrasse war und schnell klar - dieser Ort hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und Corona hat ihm sicher den Rest gegeben. Warum dann nicht langsam und mit reduzierter Karte (Fokus auf lokale Spezialitäten) neu starten statt sich mit viel zuviel Angebot und extra Spargelkarte zu verheben?
