guest from Japan
April 15, 2024
I stayed in a single room for 4 nights as a solo traveller. It was very comfortable!
It's about a 20-minute walk from The Hague Central Station.
The tram is also convenient. The closest one is the Torenstraat station on tram number 17. Once you get off, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the hotel.
The front desk is also polite. Deposit and city tax are paid.
I stopped tipping for bed making because I didn't need to leave a tip for 2 days in a row.
I wonder if it was included in the service charge...?
Also, the nearest supermarket, AlbertHeijn along Torenstraat, is about a 5-minute walk away. This supermarket accepts credit cards, and there is a manned cash register so you can pay by cash.
As a Japanese person, the room with a bathtub was the best.
I was also impressed to see Dear, *** (my name) on the TV screen!
I heard a loud noise from above several times every evening and night, but I don't know if it was from guests. However, it stopped by bedtime every night so I have no complaints.
The price depends on the date, but it's reasonable and I'd definitely like to stay again!
