Plaza Inn & Suites

This hotel was well off the "beaten trail" so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those "you get what you pay for" deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

It’s ok but I wouldn’t stay there again. The people who work there is difficult

Stayed here end of April, was my 3rd time staying here, however this time the $50 deposit they "hold" for the room was charged to my card the next week. When I called to find out why because the room was as we found it I talked to the front desk lady Karen and was told she would get with the manager and have her call me, after not hearing I called back and was told again the manager wasn't in and Karen was unsure why I was charged but she was looking into it. Finally I called again and she said she couldn't get an answer as to why I was charged and that she was taking it upon herself to refund me but it could take up to 10 days to process, it's now been 3 weeks and still no refund and of course when I called today the manager is not in until tomorrow.

The lobby will fool you don't trust the photos. The moment we left the main area of the hotel it just got worse starting with the alarm that blares about a security violation after the door has been open for barely even two seconds while trying to bring in luggage. Then you have the elevator which was shaking when used and the light at the bottom of the stairs that was flickering so much I'm surprised it didn't cause anyone a seizure while we were there. The key cards didn't even work when we tried to enter our rooms for the most part and we had to ask for help with them multiple times to the obvious annoyance of the staff. The bathrooms were so nasty that we had to go buy cleaning supplies before we would even shower and then when we did shower it flooded the damn bathroom. There is literally nothing nice I can say about this place other than their ashtrays in the smoking rooms were nice. Do yourself a favor an stay literally anywhere else.

there are very POOR place. they NEVER clean up something of smoking, break glass, etc outside. we walked the hall and strong smoke, that we CAN'T stand to smell. Beds are very bad cause my back & legs HURT! swimming Pool are too strong chemicl and few childs throw away into pool so I report front desk. but they NEVER clean up. there are very bad crack the wall awful. we NEVER go there again. because they are very stink in the world.....

The only thing nice in this hotel is the bed. It's big and comfortable and the pillows are great but that's it.the smell coming From this Room is terrible it's making my allergies horrible whatever they sprayed in here they sprayed at times 1 million . So bad I can taste it Also the microwave is sprayed I guess with the same thing And is very strongly disgusting. Also this must be a room under construction Because there's no trim around the wall and there's a nail sticking out . I have my 8 month old daughter here luckily I don't let her crawl around on the floor but if I was a different kind of parent a baby Could get hurt in here. 01 other good thing is the air conditioner works nice. I don't like to complain about things if there's also pluses about I do think that the negatives outweigh the good . So there's a lamp that's broken on my wife's side of the bed Wires are sticking out of the bottom and the lamp shade is nasty dirty Also none of the mirrors have been cleaned the microwave has stuff around it On the bathroom wall there's blood dripping down the wall If we wasn't worried about getting kicked out of here because we're so tired we've been traveling a long way I would leave this hotel altogether

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!

The front desk try to change my rate on the next day that I was leaving and wanted to stay another night. Also the woman don’t know how to talk to there guest when they walk in, and they’d changed there time frame on the free breakfast.

Check in was good but when we come back from dinner, the front desk lady banged on my door, and was trying to come in my room without permission, and then accuses me and my fiancé of smoking in the room. i told her my 8 month old baby is in here and i’m pregnant nobody is smoking in this room, and we tell her to come in and look for herself. she refused and said smoke is coming from specifically my room. i told her nobody is smoking in this room and we smelled smoke on our COMFORTER before we even got in our bed. she harassed us multiple times after that accusing us of smoking so we left earlier than we booked. booked for a week only stayed 4 days 3 nights.
