Our room was very dirty and nothing like the photos on the website. Pool was also dirty so unfortunately my daughter couldn’t swim. They offered us another room but the other guests said the other rooms were just as bad. Not pleased at all. Wasn’t worth what was spent!

This hotel was well off the "beaten trail" so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those "you get what you pay for" deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

Indoor pool was far too cold to swim in. There was no breakfast. They didn't have a roll-away bed. The room phone didn’t work. Luckily we arrived later in the evening and left early in the morning and only needed a place to sleep.

The sheets were dirty, I asked for them to be changed. When I took a bath, the water didn't go away, as if the floor was clogged, as if they didn't clean it. They weren't very clean.

*Obvious drug usage on the property. The live in tenants lay around in the lobby and hang out around the entrances.
*PHOTOS ON THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE VERY OLD AND NOT UPDATED TO SHOW THE SEVERITY OF NEGLECT TO THIS PROPERTY. THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY NEW SLUM MANAGEMENT. THEY CONTINUE TO USE 20 YEAR OLD PHOTOS TO LURE IN UNLUCKY HOTEL RENTERS THE PLAZA INN & SUITES SOUNDS LIKE IT IS ABOUT TO BE A GRAND STAY AND AFTER SEARCHING THROUGH PHOTOS YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS ABOUT TO BE AN AMAZING BOOKING. NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISING.
* The Manager(Indian lady), after receiving my complaint to the online chat within the ********** app, banged on my door and she opened the door to my rented room and started to scream at me about the complaint . Read carefully. She ENTERED my room, all recorded on their own camera system. She opened the door while it was locked and I was inside. She entered the room. There is already a gap under door and you can see into the hallway from your room as is! UNSAFE!
* the felon with the tattoos didn’t give me any problems and was very polite because he knew the Indian lady messed up when she did that. We left immediately and did not stay the night or the follow night as it was a two night stay. —Cigarette burns in blankets (a lot). Smells of cigarettes in the hallway,Rusty door hinges, AC unit made noise the whole 25 minutes we were there. No tv, busted furniture, dusty dirty room, lamp shades rusty and yellow. terrible bed. Loud!
