Due to the building’s age, the property's soundproofing is poor—I was woken up during the night by noise from the upstairs unit. Additionally, the bedding and towels are old and appear worn and untidy. The surface looks dirty and hasn’t been properly cleaned.

Unexpected gem.
Cute little unexpected gem of a hotel and region. We needed a stop in southern Idaho but wanted to avoid Boise. The price was fair, nice room, quiet, had everything we needed. The area had perfect dive-y but absolutely delicious restaurants and great service. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was just ok, the bed was nice, the heater worked well, seemed clean. I was in an upstairs suite. The door allowed a lot of noise through, people walking, the ice machine was really loud. I was tired from driving 10 hours and slept fairly well. The problem was when I woke up to take a shower, the shower faucet handle was completely broken and I could not get it to turn on at all. I noticed a piece of plastic from the handle was in the tub. It was early so there was no one to contact in the building, I decided to pack up and leave to get back on my journey. Terribly disappointed to have not been able to shower as I was traveling for a meeting that morning. I called the Inn 3 times that morning, no answer, no answering machine. I went to their website to the contact page and left a email through the portal offered. And then proceeded to call a few more times in the afternoon, no answer. As I write this, I still have not heard from Hagerman Valley Inn. I would seriously hesitate to recommend this Inn to anyone after this frustrating experience and no way to communicate with anyone. And I was charged $175 for it. :(

Everything was perfect except the AC. It sounds like it’s working but the room never got cooler. I thought I had it on fan only but no it was cool and the lowest setting.

Great hotel. Rooms were nicely sized and very clean. Loved the patio area to sit and relax.
