Vriendelijk ontvangst. De auto staan onbeveiligd op een openbare parkeerplaats met krappe plekken. De volgende dag bleek onze auto ook een deuk te hebben aan de voorkant. Kamer is netjes maar heeft vloerbedekking. In deze tijd kan dat echt niet meer. Kleine maar functionele badkamer. Super dunne kussen en en er ligt geen extra kussen op de kamer. ‘s Avonds gegeten in het restaurant. Wat een aanfluiting. Personeel was steeds niet te vinden om iets te bestellen. Verkeerde gerecht gebracht en weg zijn ze. Na 5 minuten zelf maar naar de keuken gelopen. Het ene gerecht was zalm met groene asperges. Stukje zalm was 3 x3 cm ongeveer, de asperges te gaar en 10 stukjes gnocchi’s. ‘s Nachts was er veel lawaai van de straat met geschreeuw en auto’s die aan het scheuren waren. Het ontbijt was wel ruim opgezet en gevarieerd. En het personeel was daar wel vriendelijk en aanspreekbaar. Wij raden dit hotel af!

Absolut positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Das ist wirklich im gesamten Haus sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab auch einen Prosecco an der Bar aufs Haus. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber mit Hotelparkschein kostenfrei. Unsere Anwendungen im Spa Bereich waren wirklich top. Absolut professionell. Es gibt einen Bademantel auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Schlappen. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Comfortzimmer braucht Auffrischung, Dampfbad war kaputt, mit dem Bademantel muss man an der Rezeption vorbeilaufen ( irgendwie unangenehm) und zum Frühstück gibts leider nur Filterkaffee. Das sollte in einem 4-Sterne- Haus nicht sein. Aber diese Mängel muss sich die Geschäftsführung zu Herzen nehmen.
