Good location for ferries. Check in staff were great. Property needs an update but bed was great.

Horrible! Walls crack at night as if building is in bad condition. Couldn’t sleep all weekend. Breakfast included disgusting should be closed down. Boiled eggs were black when opened that was the best thing served. Location is the only thing good. No ice, no service no one answered phone if you call reception. No English horrible parking only 6 slots available to park. I can go on and on. I never do reviews but this was devastingly dissapointing.

Under al kritik!
Hotellet var desværre under al kritik. Poolen, som var en af grundene til st valgte hotellet, var lukket. På de syv dage vi boede der, var der rengøring én gang, og vi måtte selv ned og bede om mere toiletpapir. Morgenmaden var ikke børnevenlig på nogen måder, og der var kun vand, the og kaffe at drikke. Den ene dag ristede brødristeren ikke, den næste dag gik der ild i brødet, dagen efter virkede kaffemaskinen ikke, hvorfor vi spiste morgenmad ude i 5 af 7 dage. Da jeg gjorde opmærksom på fejl og mangler i receptionen og i særdeleshed den manglende pool, trak de blot på skuldrene. Det eneste der fungere var manden der parkerede vores og alle andres biler, HAN vmbirde være i receptionen, så ville det hotel du gerne langt bedre.
Vi fik det billigt, men det var simpelthen FOR usselt - desværre!

Hiç memnun kalmadık, tavsiye etmiyorum. Ben feribota yakın olduğu için tercih ettim fazla bir beklentim yoktu zaten ancak kahvaltıyı erken hazırlayabileceklerini, bunun için not alacaklarını söylemelerine rağmen sabah bunun mümkün olmadığını ilettiler ve hatalarını telafi etmek için hiç bir çaba göstermediler. Personeller arası iletişimsizlik var ve bu da müşteri memnuniyetsizliğine sebep oluyor. Aynı şekilde akşam aracımızı otel otoparkında bırakabileceğimizi söyleyip sabah bunu kabul etmediler. Temizlik kötüydü. Personeller yetkin değil ve mecburen çalışıyormuş gibilerde. Tek otel orası kalsa bile tercih etmemelisiniz.

Bit disappointing
Could be a lovely hotel if a little money invested in it. Good sized rooms, comfy clean beds,fridge and kettle in room,but no tea,coffee etc. Small balcony but fantastic view, really beautiful. Staff really lovely and helpful,just seemed to be very few available. Breakfast not great. Plenty of continental style but any cooked food appeared to be in short supply and sitting quite a while. We were with friends and thankfully we are not big complainers so more inclined to see the funny side of things. We were there for 3 nights and on our last morning there was quite a big crowd of young people for breakfast which ended up at 8.15am being no cooked food at all, very little bread, which they eventually replenished, no cutlery, no cups for tea, had to use glasses, then no tea, water ran out, by which time were really laughing. BUT we actually did have lovely few days. Wouldn't recommend unless they had a good refurb. Pool advertised but really bad condition. Water almost black looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in years. Surrounding pool area really neglected.

otelin Konumu son derece güzel ancak otel çok eskimiş durumda otelin kökten bir bakımdan geçmesi ZORUNLU otelde sanırım 5-6 çalışan var çarşaflar eski ve rengi değişmiş sanırım pikeler hiç değişmiyor. restoran masa örtüleri üzerlerinde reçel lekeleri olmasına rağmen 2 gün kahvaltı yapıtım değişmemişti ve sağa sola kaymış örtüler düzeltilmedi bile .restoran mekanında pencerelerin önü sanırım bir aylık tozu ile duruyordu . odamız deniz manzaralı köşe oda ama mini bar yoktugece boyu ısınmış su içmek durumunda kaldım. otel terası uzunca bir süredir işlevselsiz bu denli manzaralı bir yer KOCAMAN bir KAYHANBEY tabelası için kullanılmakta oysa akşamları bir bar hizmeti verilebilecek acık ve seyirli bir alan olarak kullanılabilecek bir mekan sonuç olarak evet yine giderim bu otele manzarası için ancak birşeyler değiştikten sonra
