I used the hot spring. The bathing fee is set at 750 yen, which is high even in the city. By the way, it was 500 yen → 550 yen before. I think it can't be helped because of the influence of the sudden rise in fuel prices. However, although bathing is possible from 5 o'clock, the sauna is not in operation at that time. And what I can't accept most of all is that, even though the bathing fee is set at a high 750 yen, the waterfall bath is not in operation, the shower bath is empty, and the jet bath has been broken for a long time. Is this worth 750 yen? To top it off, the cleaning is written from 9 o'clock, but the staff come in and start cleaning before 9 o'clock. The reception staff says as soon as the customer comes out, "We're closing now, so please leave quickly." I will never go again and I can't recommend it.

The food was really delicious and I was able to take my time and enjoy it. Perhaps because it was Christmas week, the restaurant staff were very polite and brought the next dish with a smile and in a timely manner. I think the level of care is the best among local hotels. However, the reception at the front desk during check-in was very disappointing. He didn't speak much and was blunt, and I even had to find the elevator on my own. I think there were probably many people who came from outside the city and prefecture, but as the face of the hotel, we should treat them a little more politely.
