The room was comfortable, with everything you need inside. Breakfast was good - highly recommended as there's not much nearby, especially when there was heavy rain when I went there.

Close to the station and convenient for eating nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk away after getting off the train, which is convenient for travel. Hoshino Hotel has a free bus to pick up guests from Hachinohe Station.

A very bad experience in a Japanese hotel. The front desk staff is a bit discriminatory towards Chinese people. I never thought that in Japan, a country of courtesy, Japanese people would treat tourists so rudely. I am very disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. Stay at this brand hotel!
