The location was great and the facilities were wonderful! Natural hot springs, ramen for dinner, and even Aomori apple juice. The service was excellent, so I'll definitely use it again.

I made a reservation to see the Hachinohe Winter Festival "Enburi" that is held every year from February 17th. The location was great, with easy access to multiple "Enburi" venues and bus stops to the suburbs (Korekawa Jomonkan, Hachinohe Station, Hasshoku Center). I have no complaints, but the internet connection was weak and it would often cut out when I was working on work or watching videos. I thought it would be nice to have some amenities, even if it was just lotion. *There was some in the large public bath, but not in the private rooms.

The hotel environment and service are good. Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is OK. Especially after soaking in the hot springs, it is so comfortable to have cold drinks and apple juice!
