房間不大，設施簡陋，沒做到一客一換，下水道返味，很臭很臭的那種。周邊吃飯的地方很少，非常不方便。糟糕的是還定了兩晚，並且不可取消，從喀納斯回來房間裏飲用水都沒有，屋外沒開燈烏漆麻黑的，去要水的時候黑麻麻的還崴了腳，後來老闆才告知在哪裡開燈。
自駕車停在白哈巴新村，老闆有接送，態度誠懇，這點很感激。但是做服務僅僅態度好是不夠的，有把事情做好的意願和能力同樣重要，老闆外出辦事請朋友幫忙服務顧客非常不可取，人手不夠，服務跟不上，影響的是顧客，畢竟白巴哈以後不會再來，但是體驗非常糟糕，以至於原計劃的從白巴哈到禾木的行程都取消了，怕住的太糟糕沒有幸福感。提前預訂真是個坑，1778一晚，到現場直接問價入住的，便宜的零頭都不到。旺季價格高啟，希望服務也不要打折。

第一：交通不便，到了白哈巴村時候走路20分鐘到民宿
第二：住宿條件差，房間沒毛巾
第三：服務態度一般，定的星空房，到了之後沒法入住説是沒星空房了，後調配的房間也很一般
