We arrived in the evening witj a bus from Hanoi. We were tired from the trip but Kwang helped us really well getting a room the night before we were riding the HG loop. He even suggested a cheaper option. Hotelroom was comfortable for our family. We had a pleasant stay and decent service.

A business hotel but very clean, good beds, spacious bathroom and an extensive breakfast on the 3rd floor, which gives you a fantastic view of the river. Friendly staff make staying here a good choice.

We had a lovely clean and great sized room with a climate of the river. We discovered if you go down to the basement carpark, you can access a deck to view the river. This was a lovely spot. Access to food for dinner at nearby places is OK. The breakfast food was cold and unappealing. Non speaking English staff made questions a challenge.
