Be careful! Stay away! There's no reception, it's entirely virtual. They broke into our room and stole our belongings, and they weren't interested. Lots of promises, but no compensation. Absolutely not recommended. Look elsewhere. Truly unfair behavior towards customers.

For us we had a great experience in this hotel. I am autistic so I loved that the checkin and check out as well as other necessary information could be accessed through the portal. I was taoen abacl at first about the lack of openable windows, but it was totally fine due to the airconditioning. The breakfast had good options and the room was cleaned daily.

Camera priva di finestre, insonorizzazione inesistente(impossibile riposare), presenza di scarafaggi in camera(ho dovuto accompagnare "l'ospite" fuori), staff inesistente, colazione poco varia. Anche dopo aver segnalato le problematiche, non ho avuto nessun tipo di contatto umano, pare che questa struttura sia gestita da un'intelligenza artificiale che si limita a rispondere ai tuoi messaggi whatsapp. Sapevo che non era presente un balcone, ma l'assenza di una finestra e di un aspirazione in bagno è inaccettabile, meglio dire erano presenti 2 finestre: ma in camera era chiusa e non si apriva, in bagno si apriva solo a vasistas e non era utile a cambiare l'aria in quanto data su una specie di muro rivestito in ferro (vedi foto). Sono andato al mare per respirare aria di mare, mentre sembrava di essere in una cantina, mi sono portato a casa mal di gola e difficoltà respiratorie. Potrei continuare ma mi fermo...

Neues Hotel. Alles ordentlich, neuwertig und sauber. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Es gibt für alles einen Code. Kleiner Balkon ist super. Frühstück so lala aber ok. Pool ist ein grosses Wort für das was vor Ort ist.
