Почитали некоторые отзывы и сомневались в выборе отеля, но рады, что выбрали именно его.
Плюсы:
- хорошее местоположение, от этого отеля начинается старый город и основные достопримечательности
- чистый номер, высокие потолки, хорошая постель.
Что смущало:
- писали, что есть шум от ресторана. Проживали на втором этаже, шума не слышали
- был шум от вытяжки из кафе на первом этаже.Гул был достаточно монотонный поэтому спать не мешал
- немного расшатанная лейка для душа, но не так, чтобы брызгается во все стороны. При тем что напор хороший.
- писали про плохую шумоизоляцию. Может повезло с соседями, но особо никого не слышали.
Вид из ресторана на завтрак - вишенка на торте. Действительно прекрасный вид. Сотрудники отеля действительно супер доброжелательные.
Рады, что остановились именно в этом месте

Located just five minutes walk from the town centre this stylish hotel extends over 5 floors. Rooms are modern but ill designed, the double bed being in a recess with no access one side, and no room for bedside table. The largest shower cubicle I have ever seen, was space that could have been better utilised in the bedroom. No air con, windows open, but very noisy outside. Most hotels provide free bottled water but not here, be ready to pay 400AMD. Cafe/bar/restaurant on fifth floor gives stunning views over the town

everything was literally excellent ❤️ such a nice clean hotel, perfect location, spacious rooms, beautiful roof terrace restaurant, yummy breakfast and fabulous people, very kind and helpful staff ❤️ thanks for everything ❤️

Очень хороший отель, чистый, уютный, администрация просто огонь 🔥🔥🤙🤙🤙, все очень понравилось , советую на 100% рядом с отелем классный ресторан где бывают очень хорошие концерты. Гостиница в центре где можно гулять 🤙🤙🤙🤙

The city itself seems not too often see tourists but this is sometimes the Charme then. I arrived by train and the hotel is in walking distance from the central railway station, about 1km. But be advised, streets are not in good conditions of you travel with a wheeled suitcase. I arrived before noon and immediately got a room. Was very thankful for it as I came from a red eye flight. The room was spacious, free WiFi and much better then I expected. The hotel itself is centrally located with supermarkets and food options all around. I walked everything from the hotel. Breakfast was included. On the first day they arranged the table only for me as it seemed that I was the only guest. But still with a large selection of food and lots of local stuff which I liked. The staff at the reception spoke enough English so there weren’t any issues. If I ever would visit Gyumri again, I would stay here again.

Однообразный завтрак,нет буклета убрать номер.Разные каналы в разных номерах.Отель может хорош на одну ночь,Дают одно мыло шампунь,зубную щетку все на один день .Даже не спрашивают мусор вынести в течении дня

Tomu's is a nice property that is centrally located and very clean. The breakfast was prepared just for us and was a lot of food. The staff was very kind and helpful.
