The room was very clean and welcoming, we had only one night here but will be back. The reception staff were so welcoming and attentive,in fact we had left our mobile chargers in the room when we left but we were given a phone call to say so and luckily we were still in Gympie as we were on the Mary Valley Rattler so we went back and picked them up,Great service.

My elderly parents stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to QLD for a funeral. Unfortunately my tenderly father became unwell with a migraine and had to stay longer than expected. Our family were far away and called the hotel to see if they could recommend restaurants that delivered. We shouldn’t have worried, this hotel ensured my family were checked up on, their room was cleaned by extremely friendly staff who even got my mum flowers for her birthday. This kind of service goes a long way when traveling and to know staff care is such a bonus. Cant recommend them highly enough. The rooms and facilities were ex Elle t according to mum and dad.

We stayed six nights, were nicely surprised by the size of the rooms. They were clean, well appointed, staff were excellent. Convenient to many food outlets, supermarket and short walk around the corner. Highly recommended

This was the most exceptional stay for a disabled person. The man at the desk was so pleasant and helpful. The wheelchair ramp is a great benefit for wheelchairs and the beds are at a suitable height for transferring from chair to bed.. There is a sign indicating that there is a space dedicated for disabled parking which doesn't happen at other motels. The room was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for reversing out of the undercover parking area. I had read the negative comments written about this place before I booked and from my observation this motel was 10/10 . I'm glad I went there and I won't be staying anywhere else when I'm in Gympie.

Please stay somewhere else. Evaluate whether you want the noise from the road and nearby fast food outlet, filth, run down, not repaired, poor tv, broken locks , lack of care - that goes with the place and the fact that the establishment THINKS you need to be close to transport for your convenience and close to the shops, so therefore they THINK you need this place. You do not need this place. Pick somewhere - maybe 10km more distant that is still convenient for you - that you will have a better time at.

Rooms were clean that’s where it ends. The pool is permanently closed so don’t be fooled, tv doesn’t pick up tv channels and every room would be noisy as it is on a busy truck route and noisy all night. Check in, keys practically thrown at us with no information on the hotel. Staff just walked off and sat down to watch their tv. Much better options in Gympie

This is a 2 star property at best, listing it at 4 stars is criminal. Advised of massive cockroach problem which seems to have been a problem for years and got shouted at. Photo is of sacrificial cookie we used to keep the roaches off us. Security locks on doors are broken, tv cable was ripped from the wall, filthy under all beds, cockroaches all over the room, noisy from the street. I regret staying here and giving them money. Sleep in your car it will be more comfortable than the broken bed.

I had a property inspection in Gympie. Two days before the inspection, I was contacted by the real estate agent who told me the property had been sold. I rang the Gympie Muster Inn and explained what had happened and asked to cancel. They refused to let me cancel and charged me the full cost of the room.

We booked a couple of weeks before going, specified a ground floor room because of husband’s health condition. Arrived on due date, to find a very rude proprietor tell us that we had a rooom upstairs. When we told him about our request, we’re promptly told if you don’t like it you can leave. Took one look at our room, and that is exactly what we did!! It was disgusting.
