**Review: Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport** I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Newark during a layover, and I must say, the experience was fantastic, primarily due to its unbeatable location and excellent services. The hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers like me who need a quick and comfortable place to rest between flights. The standout feature of this hotel, without a doubt, was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The shuttle was punctual, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure my luggage was handled with care and even provided quick tips about the hotel amenities during the short ride. This service took away the stress of finding transportation late at night and made my stay seamless from the moment I landed. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a quiet atmosphere that allowed me to rest peacefully. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While I didn’t get a chance to explore much of the dining options, the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold items, which was a great way to start my day before heading back to the airport. Overall, Crowne Plaza] exceeded my expectations, especially with its thoughtful shuttle service and proximity to the airport. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay near the airport. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Close to airport , also have free Shuttle Bus , room a little bit old , but it’s big and comfort .

The only complaint that I have is that the room I stayed in did not have a fridge. Other than that the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are extremely nice! No carpet! Love the bathrooms! Overall, the hotel is a must!

I booked this room for my nephew and his wife, James Giordano. Apparently business is very good at this location. There was a Bat matzah party going on right beneath my nephew’s room and it was very noisy. My nephew called the desk to complain they were unable to sleep due to the loudness. The front desk said it would be over at 11 pm. My nephew said he and his wife asked for a different room away from the noise. The desk was reluctant to fill that request causing my nephew to tell them give us a full refund and we will go somewhere else. The desk agreed to giving them a different room. So they packed up and went to a different room. Very inconvenient and unsettling.

The surroundings are very quiet, the highway junction is very convenient, the staff is very nice, except the location is a bit biased, the rest are OK

The hotel was convenient to a major highway, shopping and eateries. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable chair to relax in. The hall was hot, poorly lit and the carpet looked dirty. There was a bag of garbage left at the ice machine for more than 12 hours, the soda machine did not work. The room was freezing and I was unable to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. The picture on the tv was terrible and there was a minimal number of channels to choose from. A cooked to order breakfast was included with the room, however, it was really a buffet with poor quality food.

The company is on a business trip and lives here.

Hotel was clean and modern. I was surprised at check in with an additional $20 charge for parking that I was not aware of when I booked online with Trip.com If I had known in advance I might not have chosen this hotel over others when all costs were concerned. Free breakfast was a sad affair. Probably get better selection and quality at a homeless shelter. Overall trip was acceptable.

Convenient transportation, good service, very close to the nearby outlets, convenient shopping, breakfast variety is okay, just three people only get two breakfasts, needs to be improved!
