GGuest UserI thought I had paid everything through Trip.com, but when I got there, they said there was an additional fee and charged me another $94. I didn't know what it was and just paid it. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the room was neat. The breakfast was also better than most restaurants.

WWhoyoulaiyouquThe room is clean and tidy as shown in the picture. The bed is large and comfortable. The door in the room closes automatically, but the closing sound is loud. The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. You can hear the sound of watching TV next door.
Although breakfast is simple, it is filling.
The attitude of the front desk staff is average.
The hotel prices here are very high on weekends, and most of them come to see the waterfall.

WWander_GirlThis Hotel is near to Niagara Falls, can easily walk and very convenient to watch Night fireworks. In Morning can visit Rides. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free and had lot of spots. Complimentary Breakfast was good and had many options. Vegetarian menu was less just bread and butter. But overall it’s convenient place to stay near Niagara Falls.

JJiraratThe hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

FFaraad JavedThe room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

RreturnofkingAround Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

The hotel is fully equipped, clean and tidy and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is comfortable. I will visit again next time.

GGuest UserThe room is OK, a standard room with a sofa, no suite space, some distance from the waterfall, probably in a residential area, a decent hotel, the included breakfast is very important, standard gourmet meal, tastes good.

GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
