If you plan to explore outside of this area I recommend renting a vehicle or UBER etc. There is so much to see and do. Eco tours, whale, shark and dolphin adventures surf lessons, farmers markets, hikes, snorkeling and more. This is a shared home with 2 stories separate and divided living amenities. I the host occupy 1story separate private entrance. Guests occupy 2nd story separate entry Light to no interaction depending on guest preferences. The only common area is driveway.
