Quiet neighborhood. Close to fun restaurants and breweries (not walkable). Beautiful park only blocks away. Centrally located to highways and airport to get you to the city, to the mountains, or anywhere else you're traveling to. The downstairs has a shuffle board, foosball table and 412 Game Cocktail Arcade Game, Movie Theater with 5.1 surround sound! Work out in the gym complete with a rower, treadmill, some weights and yoga equipment. Play games, watch movies (please no food or drink on any carpets), hang out, you may never leave! The hot tub is so nice on a cold night. You agree to all hot tub rules when you book and we will charge for any extra cleaning or damage ($300) - don't be gross in here (see hot tub rules in photos/rental agreement).
