GGuest UserLocation: Just one intersection away from the north exit of Tottori Station through the tunnel~Service: Basically responsive~Travel consultation and meal reservations~Environment: The room is not big~very clean~There is a public bathroom for hot spring bathing~A bowl of free ramen is provided in the rest area for midnight snacks~Free drinks and snacks are available next to the lobby~Value for money: simply unbeatable~

YYeungCome to see the sand dunes and cherry blossoms, stay 3 nights Location: Very easy to find, 5 minutes walk to the left of JR Tottori Station North Exit. There are not many restaurants nearby, but you can walk to AEON in 5 minutes. There is a 100 yen store Seria on the right hand side of the hotel entrance, and Yumaru Department Store on the left hand side. Service: Attentive, fast and proactive, answering all questions, very polite Room: The space is OK, the layout is reasonable, there is a small sofa, the decoration is elegant, the bedding is comfortable, the shower water is a bit weak, and the bathroom also has a bit of moldy smell. The room is next to the elevator on the 9th floor, and there will be noise from the elevator room starting at night. Soundproof Breakfast: Not many choices, but the taste is good, both Japanese and Western, replenished quickly, the coffee is particularly good, and the evening meal will be open as a shared space, with a variety of alcoholic drinks, coffee and juice sodas available

GGuest UserStayed one night in a twin room. Super near the train station, 2-3 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the only things that were not as good was the lack of power points - only one between both beds, none at the table so it's hard to do work there. If you want to boil water in the kettle you gotta either use that single power point between the beds or use the other one in the toilet. Another thing that could have been better was the fee for the coin operated laundry services... ¥300 for washing mashine which is normal, but ¥200 for 30 mins of dryer, which is more expensive than most other hotels (usually ¥100). But as a whole, it was a good experience and I would recommend!
