The room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

YYUK PING IVYThe hot spring hotel room is very large, there is an open-air private hot spring and indoor hot spring. The hotel staff was very warm and courteous. They stayed for two nights. The dinner shop for the second night gave us an upgrade. It was really delicious and rich!
KKuailedeyilichengThe hotel is in a great location, with a balcony facing the sea. I was lucky enough to see the sunrise, which was magnificent. The breakfast was very rich, and you can choose from a variety of delicious dishes in the buffet restaurant. The hot spring pool is a public large pool with both indoor and outdoor areas. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and there are several small shops with good food.
GGuest UserIt should be considered a somewhat old hotel. The hotel service is good. Although there is no elevator, the lady will enthusiastically help carry the luggage upstairs. The rooms are basically facing the sea. Guests staying here can go to the Kurogen Rock, the closest outdoor bath to the Pacific Ocean, for free. The hotel has some activities at each time, providing some free snacks and wine, one night and two meals, and the dinner is quite satisfactory.
TTsusiethank you so much,...Trip.com for a reasonable price atagawakan hotel in izu peninzula. In front private beach, sky and sea view hot spring and luckily the fireworks in front of hotel aug.20,it's so fantastic. The hospitable of the staff, most of them are seniors...and the near attractions banana and alligator tour, there is a magical fruit there that when you eat this the lemon will become sweets,...and also the fabulous breakfast at room. But they don't served dinner, anyways there is an dining place around there...but need to walk uphill..everywhere there's a smoke of hotsprings.Want to come back here again next summer. The big wave of the beach are scary but there are so many so young and masculine lifeguards here, you can watch their rehearsal so early in the morning from veranda of the hotel together with the beautifull sunrise
FFengbuchuiThe hotel is located on the seaside of Izu Inatori. There is a pick-up service after arriving at Inatori Station. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the hotel. The front desk has very good Chinese service for check-in. The dinner is rich and awesome.
ZZhouqianli Kris- Scenery: It’s really nice. You can watch the sunrise from home. Give it 5 points.
- Where you stayed: The room setting is quite reasonable. It doesn’t feel too small, nor does it feel that the facilities are very old. The quilt is very short and I don’t understand what the custom is. I’ll give it 4 points.
The food was okay. The dinner was rich but not memorable. The breakfast on the second day felt a bit shrunk. I can’t give it more than 4 points.
- Service: Really bad; when checking in, the waiter may not have arrived very soon and couldn’t explain many things clearly; he said he would have breakfast at 8 a.m., but he started to come to the door at 7:20 to clean up the bedding; he obviously only booked dinner for one night, but the front desk recorded it as After two nights, I had to ask them repeatedly to confirm that there was no second night, and the order was wrong when I finally checked out; the lounge is free all day, which is good, but there is nothing provided during the 12-16 check-in peak period (it would be nice to have coffee), as promised at noon After cleaning at 12 o'clock, I opened the door after 10 o'clock and started chatting and working without looking to see if anyone was there. I opened the bedroom door and saw that the guest finally left after taking a rest. All in all, I will definitely give it a 2 points for failing.
- Hot spring bath: The private hot spring room is very large, and it is free for 50 minutes per night; this saves a little bit of points
- Transportation: There is a 10-minute walk to Izu Kitagawa Station (small) on a small road, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to Izu Arakawa Station (large). But this location takes more than 20 minutes to Kawazu to the south and Izu Plateau to the north. It’s not convenient to go anywhere without touching both ends.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.
GGuest UserI didn't have time to do any research and booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. I didn't expect it to be quite good. The decoration attracted me as soon as I entered the door. It was a Japanese style that I liked very much. I felt like I was in a room in a Japanese drama! What's even more exciting is that I can actually take a hot spring bath for free! After the bath, I felt that all the fatigue and troubles were taken away by the warm spring water, leaving only relaxation. This is the meaning of vacation! I will come to take a bath again if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThere is no bathroom in the room. I have to go to the big bath. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but I need to book. Otherwise, it is all a large angle slope. I will go **. I need to change slippers in and out of the hotel. It is more troublesome. The hot water of the faucet is limited. It will burn after use.
GGuest UserDescription was not correct in terms of facility in the room booked, which I was so unhappy that I expected to have Roten Buro (no roof outside bathtub on the balcony), however it was not, and kept asking trip.com to sort it out but never been sorted. It just made me wasted a lot of time for correspondences between trip.com and myself.
