oh my oh my where to start? we were holidaying in early August and cancelled Cefalu as we do not like to be with hordes of people - Tusa got recommended and we are so glad we found this hotel. Make sure you pay extra for a sea view room they are totally worth it. Breakfast is on the top floor and also worth paying extra for. And we had the best dinner in Tusa in the hotel. For us it was the perfect choice. The room is big, clean, has everything that we need - the only thing that was not perfect is the fridge that was not cold enough. I cannot wait to return!!

NH Taormina is an exquisitely designed hotel with great open spaces, unique architectural features and splendid rooms. The view of Taormina, the Ionian Sea and the Greek Theatre were spectacular. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options with awesome service. The front desk helped us with timely information and great advice. Angelo, Adolfo, Giuseppe and the staff deserve all did a fantastic job. It was evident they love working at NH Taormina.

The hotel presidential suite is basically the entire fake impeccable. The room has its own swimming pool, two bedrooms, high privacy and high level of service. The hotel spa is also worth a visit, just to relax after swimming. The hotel has a private beach. Upon check-in, a free island cruise is provided, and a shuttle service up and down the mountain is provided. The Palace Hotel is a very good hotel, very close to the train station, very convenient to the city center and attractions, breakfast is good, facilities are complete, the sanitary environment is very clean, it is suitable for all kinds of travelers, it is recommended!

Going in October was great for us the hotel was geared to older people and we were informed it was completely different from the summer months. I would say this hotel is not suitable for children as there are a lack of facilities to amuse youngsters throughout their day only water play. We went as a party of three women and had rooms 5324 5326 and 5340. Each room was large, spacious, spotless, loads of storage and each one had an excellent sea view. Sleep was good as the hotel was quiet by 12 midnight. All of the team at the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze hotel were helpful, lovely and friendly a real credit to their employers. The outdoor pool was cold yet rejuvenating once we were brave enough to get into it. Round the pool loungers were plentiful, along with the joy of a stunning view. Food was plentiful and good we never had snacks even though they were readily available, we didn't need to. No complaints at all with food and drink availability. Night time entertainment was low key music and singing. The hotel had weddings whilst we were there and it also had weekenders staying too. The hotel is close to bus routes and the train station and the reliability of public transport was spot on. We did go out and about with plenty of opportunities to travel all over from there. The TUI rep was very informative and helpful we were confident to explore the area. Mosquitos were a downer for us yet they aren't keen on lemon juice that worked well for all three of us, creams, lotions and potions did nothing. All in all we were so sad to leave as the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze Hotel it provided us with great people who looked after us - with patience, great facilites, great location. The hotel has been in existence for 119 years. The service is very good. The location of the hotel is also good. It is just at the entrance of the most prosperous area on the mountain. It is also close to the ”Internet celebrity” four seasons. It has an independent garden area and swimming pool. The price is very high. The room is clean The product quality is also very good. The only fly in the ointment is that the facilities and room types are slightly flawed, but as a century-old hotel, I am already very satisfied. Generally speaking, it is highly recommended!

Really best !!! I stayed in a suite apartment, the best view and the best room. I was able to cook and enjoy Taormina with the best ocean view. Even in the low season, even if there was no breakfast, they served freshly baked bread and juice of freshly grown oranges.

We stayed for a week on a guided tour with Titan travel. On the third day my wife fell on the stairs, broke her arm and taken to the local hospital. The group leader was of no help despite this being a part of Saga. My wife is 78 and I am 80. We speak no Italian. The Hotel was extremely supportive. They allowed us to take all of our meals in the room for four days and check out late afternoon for the flight. They scanned and sent all the documents to our insurer. Arranged a doctor to attend and one young woman came to the room and sorted out the complicated sling for her arm, the instructions for which were in Italian. We are eternally grateful to all the staff. You will be in good hands. Additionally the hotel is pleasant and the food excellent.

The hotel is really great. The hotel is located on the Taormina Mountain. When I went there, I happened to encounter the Chinese restaurant 3. I was very fortunate. It took only 7.8 minutes to walk from the Red Restaurant. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the viewing platform. It only takes 4 minutes
