This stay at the resort was simply amazing! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive and warm. The housekeeper service was in place and the experience activities were carefully arranged. The room was warm and quiet. The decoration style was very distinctive. It cleverly incorporated the local cultural elements of the resort, making people feel both novel and comfortable. The beds were soft and clean, and the quality of the bedding was also very good. I like the hotel's dining. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, with local specialties and a variety of common Western meals, each of which is exquisitely cooked and delicious. The environment around the hotel is very beautiful, perfectly integrated with the natural landscape of the resort. The bathroom supplies in the room are quite good: Dyson hair dryer, French LE LABO (laboratory) toiletries. The hotel service is good, the staff are very friendly, and the housekeeper service is very thoughtful. The outdoor hot spring environment is very good, there are many pools, and the toiletries are: ACCA KAPPA white moss, which is great. I will go there next time!
