The hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

I came to Zhengzhou for a transfer to Milan, and the hotel I booked was unexpectedly good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was impeccable. If you bring a computer, you will also have a good experience with broadband Internet access. The gym was converted from a hotel room. It is not large but makes people feel very relaxed. Running a few kilometers in the morning and then taking a shower in the room makes people feel refreshed. I especially want to mention the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off service. I stayed in Zhengzhou for one night during the National Day transit. To be honest, the treatment was pretty good. The hotel's space is a bit larger than that of Vienna in Shenzhen. Although it is near the airport, it is very quiet. The breakfast in the hotel is good in Vienna. It mainly suits me. I have eaten a lot of Viennese breakfasts in Shenzhen, but none of them are as delicious as this one.

I have to give a bad review!
I thought it was pretty good at first. The girl at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. She upgraded my room and gave me yogurt snacks. But the weird experience started right away.
In the middle of the night, the staff brought strangers to my door and said they were staying in this room. Fortunately, I locked it. (Did the staff bring people to the door without verification? They couldn't tell who was staying in which room? Of course, we don't know whether they really couldn't tell or pretended to tell or had other intentions.)
When I checked out the next day, a guy who claimed to be the duty manager came to apologize. His attitude was pretty good. He gave me some worthless souvenirs and snacks. Because I didn't need them in time for the flight, he finally stuffed a box of tea in the car. The funniest thing was that I found that the tea was 23-year-old green tea (who drinks aged green tea?). Are you here to apologize or use the apology to mock customers?
Overall, the hardware, hygiene, and breakfast are all good, and there is also a drop-off service. But the experience was terrible.

The service on No. 1 and No. 5 was very good. The ones booked without windows were upgraded to the ones with windows for free. One breakfast was ordered and one was given as a gift. It was very good. Unfortunately, I was very sleepy and did not get up early to have breakfast. The room is OK, there are a little less disposable items, the service attitude is very good, the price/performance ratio is good, and there is a free airport shuttle, it is recommended to stay!

The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

GGuest UserI had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs. I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station.
I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

TTarraleahA good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

I felt like I was slowly sinking and fell asleep quickly. I asked the hotel staff and they said that the mattress they used was very good. The hotel's linens were of good quality. The room was also quite large and comfortable. There were many green plants in the room, which was clean and tidy. While I was in the laundry room, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour and felt much more comfortable. The hotel provides a rich and healthy buffet breakfast.
