GGuest UserLet's start with check-in: We checked in around 10 PM, and the front desk upgraded our room free of charge. The service was excellent.
My girlfriend didn't bring makeup remover oil, so she called and thoughtfully provided makeup remover wipes.
The cleanliness was acceptable, but the trash can was small, both in the room and the bathroom.
While showering, I noticed the showerhead connection was leaking; it was a bit loose. I unscrewed it and checked, but there was nothing. The overhead showerhead's water flow was uneven, with a one-sided effect.
The mirror on the sink wasn't very comfortable for shorter people, but there was a removable bench nearby. Also, the sink drain plug had a problem. If the water flow was too strong, it would push against the plug, preventing it from draining properly. I encountered this issue repeatedly while showering.
The room door wouldn't lock because the keyhole didn't align with the lock, as shown in the picture. I could only close the door normally, but it wouldn't lock. There were three locks: a normal door lock, a security lock, and a chain lock. The security lock wouldn't lock properly.
Everything else was ok, not much noise at night and the room was soundproofed.

The young lady at the front desk and the little brother at the door are very enthusiastic. The mineral water in the room is much more than that of the hotel. The breakfast variety is quite a lot. I was worried that I might be ”checked out” because the price was more favorable when booking before the festival, and some merchants did this in order to make money. Fortunately, Hilton did not disappoint me, the environment is very good, we came at night, the night view is beautiful, the mattress is soft, the facilities are perfect, the service is thoughtful, the children's family is very satisfied!

Just arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff warmly received, checked in efficiently and quickly, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room type as a surprise. The bellman helped deliver the luggage to the room and introduced the hotel facilities carefully. During the stay, each employee smiled, responded quickly when encountering needs, and even remembered the guest's surname, and the details of the service were full!

The design of the room is simple and atmospheric, with plenty of lighting, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is refreshing. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it sleeps well until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are high-end brands. They are also equipped with smart toilets and bathtubs. The bath is relaxing and super healing! Daily cleaning is in place, even the corners are spotless, and the disinfection measures are also very safe.

The hotel's food is also very authentic, there is no need to run out at all. The first time I saw that the mutton pot was full of mutton, and two people couldn't finish it.
