OOceane1110The environment is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the castle is combined with the forest... There are many local snacks for breakfast. The set meal in the Chinese restaurant in the evening is rich in content and the soup is delicious. The building is very design-oriented and pleasing to the eye. The night view is really beautiful. You can see the big moon in the garden pool room 🌕. It is worth the trip. Everything is just right (thanks to Perry and Xiao Wu at the front desk)

GGuest UserMengzi Hampton by Hilton - Staff at reception was helpful As we wish to have a snack before we check in, we were told to leave our luggage in a room on 1/F opposite to the reception counter on the right. It was done as said. When we return to the hotel in about 30 min, no one was there and we went into the room and get our luggage. Not much security there!?! Despite of this, attitude of staff is very good.
Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Since we stayed there only 1 night, did not look into available facilities. Room and linen are clean. It would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room, then we did not have to put our suitcases on the little round coffee table and on the chair. As we are senior, it is very difficult for us to leave the suitcases on
the floor.
Yuanyang Huawowo - excellent location for sunrise over the tier fields. All is good; the 20-25 minutes walk from carpark to hotel is a bit challenging for senior. There is a built-in rack for suitcase. Breakfast is tasty, choice of western breakfast(eggs and toast) or local Chinese rice noodles. Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The toilet and sank area in the room is partitioned nicely, but lacking a little privacy as there is no door to the toilet.
Jianshui White Hotel - excellent location in Jianshui old town. Breakfast is healthy, bento box of corn, congee, vegetable and egg in addition to a bowl of local Chinese rice noodles. Again no luggage rack. Staff is attentive and efficient though.

GGuest UserA highly recommended hotel, just across the road from the lake. We were upgraded to a lake view room for free when we checked in. Although the room area is not as large as the interior view room, it is definitely worth the money.
We checked in in the afternoon. When we entered the room, we could see the whole lake through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also prepared yogurt and fruit in advance. After checking in, we first experienced the hotel's swimming pool and hot springs. The swimming pool was very clean, and someone would take away fallen leaves in time. The lifeguards would always be by the pool, making people feel very safe. The pool was also very comfortable, and the a**osphere was even better after the lights were turned on at night. After the hot spring, I went back to the room to change clothes. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the sunset, and the scenery against the lake was extremely beautiful!
After packing up and going downstairs to eat, the front desk lady recommended a restaurant that made Maitreya specialties. I went to taste it and it was very good! Thanks for the recommendation!
Because it is facing the street, I dare not open the window when sleeping at night, but there is a problem, it is hot without air conditioning, and cold with air conditioning... Central air conditioning is known to everyone, and the adjus**ent is not sensitive... So I turned it on and off several times a night😂😂
Overall, if you come to Mile to play, I still recommend this hotel, and it is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserIf you drive to Jianshui, you don't have to choose a place near the ancient city. There is free parking near the ancient city. This hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the ancient city and the purple pottery night market by car. It's very close, not on the main road. I live on the 4th floor next to the road. I can't hear the sound of cars when I close the windows at night. It's quite quiet. You can park in front of the hotel, but the parking spaces are limited. However, the security guard can guide you to park for free on the nearby roadside, which is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and cute, enthusiastic, patient and meticulous. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is particularly warm and thoughtful in providing the services shown in my photos. The only thing is that the breakfast is average, with not much content, but it is enough.

AAnnie Lee ManBeautiful views - the rooms are simple but great for a trip to the rice terraces. We had a problem with the restaurant food on the first night but the problem was promptly resolved by the manager which was much appreciated. The goat hotpot did not come with slice d meat for cooking as expected. Instead all meat was already in the pot (quantity not enough for 2 people as mainly fat and bones which I did not enjoy eating). However the manager offered to remedy this problem by presenting a plate of sliced meat. This show good attitude in resolving problems. Highly recommended.The following evening he made good recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the food very much.

GGuest UserThe room decoration is very new, the bed pillows and quilts are very comfortable, the WiFi is very fast, the boss and the couple are very good and very enthusiastic. Mom was afraid of the cold, and the boss also helped to add a thick blanket (>﹏<)

There are a lot of food near the hotel, that Qujiang barbecue is super delicious!

YYingzige.The hotel has a good location, close to the Huancui Tower Gate of Jianshui Ancient City, and you can walk to the ancient city at any time. The parking space is very large, making it convenient for self-driving parking. The guest rooms are clean, well-equipped with facilities, the beds are comfortable, and you can sleep quietly. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the hot water is very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with several varieties. The boss and his wife were very hospitable, talkative and enthusiastic in service. They introduced Jianshui itinerary in detail and upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. The stay was great value and received five-star praise! Will introduce friends to stay here.

The hotel has yoga and singing bowl projects. The hot springs are real! Guangdong people certified✅The pillows of the bedding are specially customized, and they are different from those outside. We originally booked the annex building, but we arrived late. The front desk lady also upgraded the main building for free. The environment is very good and comfortable. It is suitable for vacation and health care! I really like it.

MmnfnFacilities: The hotel opened in January this year. The facilities are very new. The hotel has a buffet breakfast and free laundry. Zero pressure mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on.
Hygiene: The room is clean and the bedding is new. The bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry areas and are very clean.
Environment: The hotel is located in the Yuhuquan Ecological Park area. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Huquan Ecological Park and 4 minutes to Honghe Water Town. There is also a snack street nearby with all kinds of food.
Service: The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The guest room aunts are warm and polite, and they will take the initiative to say hello. The hotel also has the option of high-speed rail pick-up or drop-off. You only need to make an appointment with the front desk half an hour in advance.
All in all, it is a very recommended hotel and I will come back next time.

AAkesaierI don't understand how Ctrip got 4 stars, maybe the hotel is new? The hardware is so-so, the window in the room is broken, the cable TV line is connected through the window, and the window cannot be completely closed. Those are fine, but the service is totally non-existent. There were two girls at the front desk. One spoke like a kitten and was unsure about anything she asked. The other spoke casually when asked if there was anything to eat in the evening and said we could just come down and order. But when we came down to order, she told us to go to the kitchen to ask what was available. When we went to the kitchen, they said there was no food, but there were clearly several plates of freshly made dishes on the table. There are souvenirs on the order page, but they were not given to me when I left. I was too lazy to ask. In short, there is no management. If you care about your travel experience, please be careful.
