2205995****Came here during the National Day holiday, and stayed right in the heart of the scenic area.
No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. It's a view you truly need to see with your own eyes, one that brings peace to your heart.
Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you.
Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages.
The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening...
Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?

ZZhengzaichengliangdewajuejiFacilities: Our family room was located on the ground floor, offering pleasant views of blue skies, white clouds, and green lawns just outside the window. The room itself wasn't huge, but had a lovely rustic wooden aesthetic throughout, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. A thermos flask was provided, which we could refill with hot water from the lobby. Disposable toiletries were plentiful, though the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area.
Cleanliness: The place was spotless, and housekeeping was very efficient.
Environment: Located about 3 kilometers beyond the scenic area's main entrance, it offered a wonderfully quiet escape. The guesthouse itself was tastefully designed with a charming, rustic vibe. It even boasted a quaint vegetable garden and a peaceful gazebo in the courtyard, perfect for sitting quietly, enjoying the breeze, and reading a book – truly idyllic.
Service: The owners, a family, were quiet but incredibly hardworking and attentive. They subtly ensured all our needs were met without much fuss. They even offered complimentary rides for us to see the reindeer and enjoy a boat trip.
Breakfast: Breakfast included 5 cold dishes, boiled eggs, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, flower rolls, corn porridge, and soy milk. Everything was homemade by the owner and utterly delicious.
This was our children's favorite place on the entire trip; three nights simply weren't enough! We hope to return again during the snowy season.

GGuest UserI drove to Mohe for a trip. Ctrip's five-star hotel offered a great price. The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was particularly good. This newly opened hotel is probably the best in Mohe. The whole house has smart toilets and curtains, and the front desk service was particularly good. I directly upgraded the standard room I booked to a river view deluxe room. I stayed at the hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, and the result exceeded my imagination, so I extended my reservation for another day. The front desk also gave me a small gift refrigerator magnet. I felt a little regretful when I had breakfast that I didn't buy the refrigerator magnet. It was so thoughtful. I have recommended it to relatives and friends.

GGuest UserThis is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in Mohe County. From the geographical location, it is on the main road and within walking distance of the Arctic Square. It is easier to solve the problem of eating. Shangmao Street and Yucai Road are also within walking distance. There is Mixue Ice City, as well as various fruits, barbecues, casseroles, etc. It meets the various tastes of tourists from all over the world.
Let's talk about the hotel facilities, which are new, clean and quiet. There are many room types to choose from, and two types of pillows can meet the needs of different guests. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very enthusiastic, answering all questions, patiently and thoughtfully.
Based on the above considerations, we stayed here again on the last day.

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere with unique character. The only minor drawback is that it's still undergoing some renovations, but I'm confident it will continue to improve. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity, as I believe the experience will only get better. (They offer a free costume experience with many options, though none suitable for children.) The Arctic Village shuttle service was excellent and incredibly good value – 30 RMB for 48 hours, available 24/7 on call, and it stops conveniently right at the hotel entrance.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

TTianxiazuiniaoThis is a relatively good hotel in Mohe County. We were upgraded to the largest suite. The room was very large, the heating was comfortable, and it was relatively clean. It is said to be a government reception hotel.

TTuoleisigangAdvantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!

TTianliangliaoThe hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short 100-meter walk from the Qixing Square bus transfer center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Our room was quite spacious and very clean, and the facilities were complete. The service was top-notch, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for our children. Thank you!

RRuziniuOpposite the hotel is the Heilongjiang Monument, and you can see the Heilongjiang River flowing eastward from the room. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the transportation hub of Beiji Village. Seeing that we are old, the hotel staff took the initiative to help us carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The park transportation driver provided good service. When it rained heavily, the car drove directly to the parking lot next to the self-driving car at the entrance of the park. The hotel breakfast was very ordinary. There was no coffee or milk for such a high room price, and the soy milk tasted very light.
