"The hotel is located just across the street from the central station, so this is my third time here, and I am getting more and more disappointed. In particular, the room I stayed in this time was so small that I wondered if it was the room I had booked. I asked for a room near the elevator, but it was the last room. I was so disappointed that I will go to a different hotel next time. The food is also very poor compared to hotels of the same class."

"The friendliness of the front desk and restaurant staff is basic, and I made such happy memories with my 8-year-old son while staying here for 2 nights in Bologna. The cozy, quiet, clean room, and the breakfast I tried out of curiosity were fantastic. There is a mart nearby, and if you don't want to walk, you can take the No. 25 bus in front of the hotel, which is convenient for going anywhere in the city. If I stay in Bologna again, I would like to visit again. There is a nearby exhibition center, and if there is an event related to my wife's company, I would like to recommend her to stay here. I was so grateful in many ways!"

"The hotel is very close to the airport in a straight line. There is an airport control area in the middle, so you have to take a detour to get to the hotel from the airport. The walking distance is 2.3km! ! !
The hotel has round-trip airport shuttles in the morning and evening. There is no public transportation nearby, so please note this.

"The flight was canceled and I was forced to stay overnight in a hurry.
I was looking for it near the airport because it was early in the morning.
In the morning, I asked the hotel for a taxi and arrived in about 8 minutes and was able to go smoothly.
When you arrive at the hotel at night, you can get to the vicinity of the hotel by bus and have good access, but since there is no bus from around 21:00, you can go by train, but if you are a train, you can walk to the hotel for about 30 minutes. Taxi - There is no platform and the road is dark.
We were very lucky because we happened to have someone passing by by car.
Breakfast is from 7 o'clock.
There were amenities and it was very comfortable!"

KKalim’s worldEveryone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.

AAnonymous UserOur room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

RRoc HangThe location is great because one shopping center is at opposite side and it is close to fair center. The most useful is the hotel has free shuttle bus for guests to fair center in the morning and afternoon, this service is very convenient and sweet.

GGuest UserWe have only stayed one night and did not look out for all the facilities in the hotel. The room and bathroom was good and all that we needed was there. The pillows were a little too hard. Beds were good. Nice breakfast with a lot of veriety. Service was nice and professional.

Additionally, the rooms were rather small. Despite this, everything else about the hotel was great. The service was excellent, the facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
