Service: As soon as the car arrived at the door, a little brother helped to open the door and carry the luggage. The front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to take the children's disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and also gave us snacks.
Environment: It is a newly opened hotel in February 2024. It is not renovated. It is very nice. However, the rooms are relatively new and have some formaldehyde. It will be much better to open the windows and open the door for ventilation.
Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very good and spotless.
Facilities: The children chose a room with a tent. The cushions inside the tent were soft and very comfortable, and the children were very happy; the rooms are all smart homes, the projection is great, and there are film and television members; the toilet is equipped with a smart toilet. You can see from the window that the hotel is building a swimming pool. I believe more people will come after it is built.
Buffet breakfast: Currently, guests in the hotel and apartment share the same restaurant. There are quite a lot of people there. The variety is relatively complete and the taste is very Cantonese. Overall it is good.

This time I stayed in a duplex suite, which is cost-effective and comes with a lot of small gifts. There are many types of breakfast. I used to eat in the grand banquet hall, but this time I changed to the restaurant, so the whole family can sit down and eat without sharing a table. The front desk service is good, and there is guidance and follow-up after the processing is completed. It is much more considerate than the first time I stayed. I have been to many hot springs, but I still think Zen Spring is the cleanest and most hygienic. The overall experience is much better than the first time I went there, and it feels worth the price during the May Day holiday👍🏻

Pushing the door, the room was super large and spacious, and it fell into Stilts' happy planet! 🌟 immersive Stilts in the whole house! From murals, toiletries, water cups, to bedding, bathroom details ... ubiquitous cute design, children fall in love at a glance!
The most amazing thing is his mattress! It's so comfortable that I really sleep until dawn! Wake up with ease, the fatigue of the journey is swept away, it is too healing.

I have been depressed all the way here because it is so far away, but fortunately I chose a very OK hotel. The bedding of Atour is well-deserved. I usually have to worry about the uncomfortable mattress and the inappropriate pillow when I stay in other hotels. I am really tired and can only fall asleep reluctantly. I even have the pain of the mattress spring hitting my bones and the uncomfortable pillow after waking up, but Atour has no such pain at all! A good hotel should make customers feel at home. The hotel environment, room facilities, bedding, and service are all very important. Luoding Atour is what I want. This is also my first time staying in Atour. It is amazing.
The front desk ladies Xintian, Fangfang, and Lin Yue are cute and enthusiastic, and the service is very thoughtful. Because of the exam time, I did not check out at the specified time, and it did not affect the service at all. Thank you!
